5. Subscription Services

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds for the current billing period may be provided within the first 7 days of a new subscription
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase if less than 10% of available content has been accessed
  • No refunds are available for subscription renewals unless cancellation was prevented by technical error
